Mike, you mentioned being asked to solve a problem only to conclude it couldn’t be solved. When I was in middle school I asked Uncle Bob to help me with a math homework assignment. His reaction was that it was not an appropriate problem to be a homework assignment. I never asked for Uncle Bob’s help again.

I think this guy must've been describing Trump. You wrote: "His friend was somewhat slicker, looking a bit like a movie star but missing a couple of front teeth. He had big plans for how they were going to get into some sort of real-estate scam when they got out, involving some government programs."

Your stories remind me of an interview with Richard Pryor when he was making Stir Crazy with Gene Wilder. It was filmed partly in a prison, and someone asked Pryor what filming there was like. He said, "I just hope they keep those MF's locked up!" Not very PC, but that was Pryor --
